Eating whole foods with minimal processing, regardless of how may grams of fat, carbs, or protein it contains is considered to be the healthiest diet. Some Examples are: Nuts, berries, beans, raw milk, and grass-fed-meat.
These diets are extremely low in sugar, whole food contains nutrients, phytochemicals, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and healthful fats. It's difficult to contain a diet with every one of the "healthiest foods on earth," but you can't go wrong putting as many of the above mentioned foods in your personal eating plan.
